Despite of having some miscommunication about the downpayment between him and the guy that helped us during the signing IT'S OKAY. We realized that it was not the negotiated amount by the end of the contract signing and I LET IT GO, because i don't want to start all over the signing process. Lack of communication I brought my Renegade in because the air conditioning was not working. My Jeep was in their service department for 1 month. During that time no one re I brought my Renegade in because the air conditioning was not working. My Jeep was in their service department for 1 month. During that time no one reached out to tell me what was going on with my Jeep. I would have to contact them to ask what was going on. I would receive a very short answer that “your Jeep was not ready. “ I asked why, their reply “condenser” and that’s it. So I waited. Finally after a month I contacted them again asking the status of my car. I did not receive a reply. The next day I received a call saying my car was done and I could pick it up. Overall I have to say their communication is terrible. More
