Avoid this Dealership! !!! It's a joke! They sold me a Jeep that is a total lemon. They are so quick to push you to write a positive review when you purchase and I am so !!! It's a joke! They sold me a Jeep that is a total lemon. They are so quick to push you to write a positive review when you purchase and I am so glad I didn't. I purchased my jeep August 2022 with 18 miles. It has been in the shop 3 different times since and jeep is now buying it back due to it being a Lemon. Not to mention, the first time it was in the shop someone caused damage to my jeep (above the front driver tire), luckly they took responsibility and covered the cost of repairs. It only had about 1600 miles on it. I called the dealership to get a copy of my loan application and no one answers or returns calls. Now that jeep has sent me the buy back contract, I need to cancel my gap coverage. All I am doing is trying to figure out how that works and once again I've called several times and I keep getting transfered to different voicemails, or it just keep ringing, or I get hung up on. This is just the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership/buisness. I am extremely disappointed as I've always been a jeep supporter but after all the issues I've has with this dealership and lack of customer service and response from their employees and with all the issues I've has with my jeep, I'll probably never buy a jeep again. This was my second jeep and my partners 5th. We are extremely disappointed with our experience. AVOID this place, they will not help you. More
