disapointed in sales, service and finance. love my car but the overall experience was one screw up after another after another. I am not going to name names because I don't want to throw any one specific person under the bus. It was over all in every single department that disappointed me. I actually travelled an hour away to come to this one because you guys had the exact car I wanted. Now looking back I should have just waited for it to come to my home town dealership. The kicker of it all was the fact that the employees keep saying "I would appreciate it if you can give me a 10 star review" In my opinion if you are a 10 start dealership then you would not have to "ask" anyone to give you a 10 star. terrible experience and follow up robert hastings, michael sophiodis, keven venezuela in the few hours we were at the dealer we were told several times by the sales rep michael that robert hastings, michael sophiodis, keven venezuela in the few hours we were at the dealer we were told several times by the sales rep michael that a soft top would be included. while test driving he pointed to the back and said its right there and it folds up. while negotiation for price he said it comes with both hard and soft top. and as we left with vehicle he assured us that he put the soft top in the back himself and even showed us. when we got home it turned out to be a protective bag for the t-tops. while negotiating we were told by michael and hastings that the tracking system was included. kevin and michael said we would be receiving activation info the next day. i went back to the dealer and michael said he would get both items for us and call me when he had it. after complaining about michael to everyone i spoke to at the dealer on the phone, a week later hastings called me and asked what happened. i told him the story and he confronted michael while we were on the phone and michael confirmed he told us the soft top was included. hastings said he didn’t think it was but will see what he can do to get us one. we have not heard from them since. More

Quick n Easy My appointment was quick and easy. They took that car in around 7:30AM got my an UBER to work. Got my vehicle shortly after they were closing the serv My appointment was quick and easy. They took that car in around 7:30AM got my an UBER to work. Got my vehicle shortly after they were closing the service desk but the gentleman was cool and got my car anyway. Only gripe is my jeep got driven next to a vehicle that was being washed. Got a few drops of water on the windshield, jeep then got parked near bushes by the fence where it got dirt and dust caked on the windshield. No biggy though, what the jeep went in for got done.
