Poor service, car damage. Very unsatisfied with service overall. I paid over $3000 on labor and my car came back to me with center console damage. Front bumper hanging off. Not a good dealer Most people I spoke to were just interested on picking people who they could make money from. My first visit was horrible and took for ever to just hear that the dealer won’t work with my fair offer. After that another agent Joshua helped me and he was a lot more helpful. His the reason I went back to purchase the car but even so I always got something added higher like interest APR. The manager are not great at all. First one did not want to work with me at all and seemed to rush to say no and move on to another cutomer. The 2nd one is what I call really bad as we had agreed on a deal then the manager increased the price and I accepted to later the next day hear that he can no longer do that. In my person when I give my word it everything and I have zero respect for anyone that does not give value to their word. At the end the 2nd manager increased my Interest APR and still removed the low jack system from the truck. Very disappointed and would 100% not buy there ever again not recommended. Motor on the truck did not fully get clean up as well. I opened the trunk and motor was dirty. You can tell they just cleaned it really fast on the top. Also I was told I was going to get a full tank but I ended up getting a little little over half a tank. Very disappointed yes on the value this dealer holds on their word. More

Josh made me feel comfortable from the start, listened to everything I had to say, and I really felt that I could trust him. Andres was also extremely friendly, and so was Mickel. Every person I interacted made me feel like I was talking to a friend and that they had my best interest in mind, which made the whole experience from start to finish extremely enjoyable. I would high recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and will be trying to get all my friends to go get their new cars from Josh. More

Follow-up Isn't good I was very happy with Michael in finance. He did a great job. I was happy with Oscar until after I had the car. My issue is my driver-door window is not functioning properly and my brakes are squeaking the day after I bought the car. The car was in your service department for almost a week. I was told everything was ok and works yesterday 10/14. Today 10/15 the window has the same problem and the brakes are still squeaking not very satisfied with my service visit at all. Friendly people and the rental was great but my car is no better off then it was when I had an issue the day after I bought. I really wanted to bring more people to this dealership as the deals are great but I feel I'm going to wind up elsewhere to find out what's wrong with my car. More
