Excruciating 5 hour deal I had already received a loan approval from Bank of America for $25,000. I was told by my bank that they are a top lenders to Russell Westbrook dealer I had already received a loan approval from Bank of America for $25,000. I was told by my bank that they are a top lenders to Russell Westbrook dealership. When I showed up, my sales rep was awesome - Kevin, but we started to deal with the finance department, the guys who works out the numbers. After repeating multiple times that I didn’t want to run my credit because I was already approved at a certain APR, they kept insisting that they needed to run my credit through Bank of America. I let them do so however BAnk of America called me to let me know that they submitted 2 different applications (running my credit twice) and then finally honoring my original approval. Russell Westbrook associates (not Kevin) knew I did not want to run my credit yet they figured out a way to convince me by saying that they were going work the details with my preferred bank. I understand that the dealership has to make a deal that’s in their benefit but this can be done with integrity. This dealership is super shady, if I can redo it all over again, I’d take my business elsewhere! Though I loved my sales rep Kevin, the people pulling his strings are dishonest people- take your business elsewhere! More

Dealer cheats guy out of original deal I made a deal for my truck and leased it. Then they decide that because the bank gives me a lower residual I’m the one that’s going to have to pay the I made a deal for my truck and leased it. So what do they do get me to sign another contract without telling me what it’s about, wake me up at my own home and never receive a copy u til I had to physically go down there again just to get it because no one answers the phone. This dealer is nothing but a bunch of liars and con artists. More
