Upside down turned around I went in to this dealership because capital one told me I got approved for a specific car at a really good price . I went test drove the car . I came back the next day and met with Cesar who was the sweetest & kindest car sales person I have ever encountered . We than got switched over to the manager Robert . Who helped me iron out the kinks and give me exactly what I wanted .we had some bumps due to me being provided the wrong information by capital one but in the end I drove out of there in my brand new car with only 29 miles . I couldn’t be happier More

THEY DON’T CARE I had a terrible experience at this dealer. First the guys negotiating don’t care about what you want to put down. They’re only going to tell you what I had a terrible experience at this dealer. First the guys negotiating don’t care about what you want to put down. They’re only going to tell you what they can do with what they’re ant you or put down they don’t listen at all. I made the deal whatever, next I buy a brand new 2019 truck and it has scratches and the AC compressor doesn’t work and it takes me going to two dealerships and a month worth of my time to get this fixed. You would think brand new cars would work right off the lot but apperantly not. Next the bank residual for my truck went down $2k and the conned me into signing a new contract that would make my monthly payments higher instead of them just taking the hit. They literally drive to my house under innapropriate hours to get me to sign something they said “was a missing paper” from my contracts not saying anything about my payments going up. Like it’s cray how you guys make sure you get your finances situated but clearly customer service isn’t your stronghold since you guys take a month to fix what’s not suppose to be broken. Oh plus you see this general manger saying contact him directly for anything else but he won’t get back to you it’s all clout. When “I signed the new contract” I never got a copy of it for two weeks and I had to drive from Pasadena to Van Nuys just to get a copy of it. I tried to call a good 12 times and i’ll show the pictures to prove it but no one answered. When someone answered I asked for the general manager he didn’t answer I left a voicemail and didn’t care to get back to me. The main finance lady sucks, I asked her for all this information and didn’t care and kept respecting I didn’t do this contract so I don’t know. I came in with my original contract and the first bill and she just kept handing it off to every other finance person. Jorge or whatever his name is sucks as well. I got there at 5 pm and left at 9pm waiting on NOTHING. When it got to 9pm someone asked me what am I waiting for they can’t do anything about the $2k and I said well you guys have my original papers my property I’m waiting to get it back. And they finally got off their butt and got my stuff and gave it to me and the main finance lady again said “well idk why he’s here I just gave off his papers” there is no level of professionalism here, terrible customer service, it’s just terrible don’t come at all please. I will give you 100 reasons to not come here at all. Also they don’t care about you being in the military at all so don’t even bring it up. They could careless, they just see you as some tool.
