I was never told about the 10 day courtesy rental and the service adviser told me to extend the rental and now I am only getting 50% of the reimbursement. Very efficient. Set up car transportation home and back. Only thing is waiting is too long for just and oil change and tire rotation. This would speed things up for the customer and you would get more business. Also, out of warranty sigh up should be available for repairs , discounted for returning customers. I compliment Benny for his patience and abilities to help older customers as I am. Explanations of all the services and any additional should be fully explained and given discounts especially to seniors on a restricted/ set income with a payment plan if needed. Thanks 🙏 More
