My car was brought in to get an issue fixed that the collision center couldn’t handle. It sat on the lot for 3 weeks, not following up with me or insurance to get the repair approved. When I stepped in collision center couldn’t handle. It sat on the lot for 3 weeks, not following up with me or insurance to get the repair approved. When I stepped in and pushed everything through with insurance, the repair was done. Got the car back, 2 miles down the road, the tire was flat, the check engine light on, car not running on electric motor. I call in to get it fixed again. Now I have to wait 3 weeks to get it looked at. More

Rear axle break job cost $700 is over charge and radiator repair charge $1600 is overcharge to me especially to senior.
