Payman should have contacted me to arrange to clean my seat. The car was delivered to me in an unacceptable manner with dirt or grease on the driver seat. No client should be delivered a car in this manner. Yeah, I’m very disappointed. And I really don’t feel like returning but there aren’t many Jeep dealers in the area. When I purchased the car in Arizona, I received excellent service and maintenance. And I’m not trying to be difficult. I brought in a clean car in for a simple oil change, and it was returned with crap on the seat.
