My experience at Van Hyndai was very enjoyable. I was made to feel comfortable in discussing my needs both for the car I was seeking and the price. Eddie worked with me to achieve great results. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I went there to look for a WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I went there to look for a 2009 Hyundai Elantra that was listed online, one of the sales rep came back and said they were s WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I went there to look for a 2009 Hyundai Elantra that was listed online, one of the sales rep came back and said they were sold out of 2009s. They were out of ALL the 09s!! The rep said he had a 2010 for $500 more. I thought ok, may be they are trying to hand me a more expensive car, but i will look at it. So we went for a 15 minutes test drive and I liked it. We came back and started negotiating on the price. Since this was the first dealer that I had gone to, I was just looking at a bottomline price and wasn't ready to purchase until I looked at other dealers too. I asked what was the best price he could give me. The sales rep (Steve Van Pelt) went back and forth from his manager's office and came with a price. When I said I would have to think about the price and would have to look at other dealers too, the sales manager (Kris Panagakis) came and asked us why we were not buying the car that night, i told him the same reason. Then Kris Panagakis started insulting us and shouting why we had wasted 1 hour of their time test driving and asking about the price. Then, he started yelling at us and told us to "GET OUT" . We were shocked !! Why would a sales manager, Kris Panagakis, yell at his customers if they were trying to negotiate a price ?? Then Kris went back to his office where there were other managers too. When we went to confront Kris Panagakis why he had mistreated us so badly when we were just looking at a fixed bottomline price. All the other managers that were in the office at that time started hounding at us and told us to "GET OUT" !! WTF Is this the customer service that Van Hyundai provides?? I was looking forward to buying the car if we could negotiate the price, but Kris RUINED the experience for us. I am never going back to this dealer and will not recommend it to anybody else!! NEGATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
When I decided to stop in at Van Hyundai, I was pessimistic to say the least. I was buried in a car I disliked. I opened the front door and immediately ran int a salesman named Gary Gardner. I quickly and truthfully explained my situation to Gary. After some easy questions, we looked at their car inventory---got the info on each--- and then took a test drive. I picked the 2011 Elantra and I was easily sold. The car ran great and had the amenities I was looking for. After that things were pretty easy. Gary and Josh Kubicki gave me some options they thought might work for me and other info that was pertinent. Soon the price, financing, and trade-in was complete and, after Gary's explanation of how to use the options, I drove the Elantra away. During the entire time with Gary, Josh, or Greg (Foster), there was never any pressure. They assisted all they could with facts and options, but all the choices were mine. I bought the right car at the right price with a great trade in value from them. I understand Gary is not with Van Hyundai any more---which is too bad because he was a good, capable salesperson. Still, Van Hyundai is a great place to do business. More

While we were very pleased with both the level of service received and the quality of the Hyundai Genesis, we decided to select a different vehicle for other reasons. Freddie was extremely helpful and pro received and the quality of the Hyundai Genesis, we decided to select a different vehicle for other reasons. Freddie was extremely helpful and professional. He also showed interest by engaging follow-up activities with me (phone calls, emails) which is something we found alot of other dealers aren't doing. In some cases - a salesman never stepped out of the showroom to greet me and see how they could assist. With Freddie - he greeted us before we even stepped out of the car. We were also extremely impressed with the quality and competitive pricing of the Genesis. We felt it was indeed a better value than the other models we looked at (BMW, Lexus). Our decision for selecting another vehicle was the size of the car. We felt the Genesis was just a little too big for our needs and had concerns about the space in our garage. In the future, as our needs change, you can feel assured that we will consider Van Hyundai at the top of our list. More
From the first moment I walked into this dealership (and I walked into 7 that day), I felt like a customer and not a "sale". Everyone made me feel welcome and took great care of my concerns, answering every questions and even showing me how it worked. Eddie even learned through our experience together and I now keep a quarter with the spare tire so if I ever need to change it, I can get to the let-down mechanism. Finance worked with me to meet my financing needs and to get me a new car at a price I could afford. I got some extra warrantees that I might have missed without their help, and they know what I mean. Overall, Van Hyundai treated me RIGHT and never made me feel like I was there to make their day, instead I was there to make a great purchase and be happy with what I bought. Everyone at Van Hyundai has been exceptional and welcoming. Great sales, financing, and internet team!! More
