They made me feel comfortable and secure in comparison to other dealerships and allowed me to make my decision rather than aggressively shoving facts and figures my way. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE GREAT. I DIDNT LIKE THE FINANCE DEPT. HE SAT DOWN WITH ME I GOT THE LOAN. HE TOLD ME THE PERCENTAGE RATE AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE THE MAINT. AGREEMENT AND BODY PROTECTION. IT WAS $49 DEPT. HE SAT DOWN WITH ME I GOT THE LOAN. HE TOLD ME THE PERCENTAGE RATE AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE THE MAINT. AGREEMENT AND BODY PROTECTION. IT WAS $492 A MONTH ABOUT 1 WEEK LATER THAY CALLED ME AND SAID THAT I HAVE TO COME IN. I HAD TO SIGN ANOTHER BANK AGREEMENT AND HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WASNT ANY CHANGES A COUPLE OF WEEKS WENT BY AND I RECEIVED THE BANKSTATEMENT AND MY PAYMENT WAS $507 A MONTH. I WENT BACK TO THE DEALER AND THEY LOOKED ON THE TAPE AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THEY DID I KEPT CALLING THEM ABOUT THE MAINT. AGREEMENT AND BODY PROTECTION AND THEY FINALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY TOOK IT OFF BECAUSE THE BANK WOULDNT GIVE ME THE EXTRA MONEY.SO AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THE MONEY THEY GAVE ME BACK THEY MADE UP FOR IT BY NOT GIVING ME THE AGREEMENTS AND CHARGING ME FOR IT More
Brought new 2011 Tucson for 3500 mile oil change & 27 point checkup. They informed me that I had a leak in my oil pan which they needed to fix within 24 hours. I would have to leave my car while they f point checkup. They informed me that I had a leak in my oil pan which they needed to fix within 24 hours. I would have to leave my car while they fixed the problem. I couldn't understant a new car that I have only had a few months needing a new oil pan! They fixed it and returned my car to me within 24hours at no charge. They advised me to return for my next oil change within my next 7000 miles. More
Eddie and the entire sales staff are awesome and easy to work with. The experience went better than I had anticipated. Service manager gives information on the phone, but when you drop your car off it is a different story. I told him I would have to wait for the car and he said that would be fine. When my sons dropped it off he told them that he had told me it would take 5 hours. I decided to pick my car up and not have the work done. Having made an appointment means nothing. He is extremely rude!!! More
I always like to give kudos where they are deserved. My experience with BJ was top notch. He was not pushy, came across generally honest and upfront the whole time. (Took 3 hours start to finish) You always need to have the correct expectations when going to buy a new car. Sales people will use the same terminology that they all do like "Below Dealer cost" etc... as long as you understand that its a numbers game you will be fine. I will say that BJ got to good interest rate (My highest priority) for me and did it quick. He told me what he could and could not do and followed through on his promises. So I would recommend that you visit Van and call ahead for BJ, also remember that every car sold has the SkyTrack thinkgy for $500 that they will not remove (For me that was fine because my last car was stolen). Also don't be surprised of the sales manager up-selling you on a service contract. Although its not a bad deal, I declined it. All in all I was VERY happy with the whole process.
