They were all nice people but when they brought out the price, they added ~$10K to the MSRP. The experience turned negative after that. A few addons that I get some value for I understand but $10 on top o price, they added ~$10K to the MSRP. The experience turned negative after that. Horrible experience. They basically refuse to perform recall work on my car and aggressively recommend services that are not needed. I brought a car there with no issues whatsoever and was given back a car that needed a new battery after I declined having them perform $1100 worth of work. Do not take your car here. More

Bought a new Hyundai vehicle from Van Hyundai Carrolton on August 23, 2023. Dealer owes me a 5 figures payment of excess equity from my trade in. Dealer has given no reason as to why I have not received on August 23, 2023. Dealer owes me a 5 figures payment of excess equity from my trade in. Dealer has given no reason as to why I have not received payment 2 weeks later. Quit responding to my requests for status on getting the money they owe me. I have filed a complaint with the Texas DMV which is under investigation. More
