I had been looking for a late model, low mileage, three row SUV for about two weeks. I had already reviewed vehicles at three other dealers and everyone of them had add on items before the final price was row SUV for about two weeks. One of the dealers told me it is already installed, you have to take it. So when I talked to Hussein from Van Chevy over the phone, I told him I wanted their out the door price with taxes, fees and all the add ons shown. He told me that Van Chevy does on attach add ons. I said "Yes you do. I have been to three other dealers, they all had ad ons, all you guys do it." He assured me there would be no ad ons. He texted me the quote and sure enough, there were no ad ons. When we saw the vehicle, my wife and I liked it and the price was good, but you have to try lower the price and save some money. I suggested a price that I felt was fair and worked for me. Hussein checked with his boss and the price was approved. Donovan then took over to complete the paperwork, which went smooth. Before we departed with the vehicle, Hussein had it filled with gas, walked us through the safety features and liked my phone to the vehicles Bluetooth. Coincidentally, my wife had purchased a vehicle the day before from another dealer... They did not fill the tank and when asked if they could help link the phone, the salesman told us he didn't know much about that brand of car. The used car buying experience at Van Chevy was quick and easy, none of the "root canal" anxiety that is normally associated with buying a car from a dealer. I highly recommend Van Chevy. More
