Financing process took a long time, mainly because
someone added items without asking for approval, like their spray on fabric protector that doesn’t work, extended warranty, window etching, clearcoat

Then when it came to deliver the vehicle, it took an extra day. The finance manager insisted on using their financing even though we had our credit union loan deal already approved.
