I’ve been trying to reach a manager for a week, I’ve left numerous messages & voicemails to no avail. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I had more help than I needed when purchasing my Yukon &!they numerous messages & voicemails to no avail. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I had more help than I needed when purchasing my Yukon &!they had no problem taking the $34,000 I paid in cash for it. They sold me a vehicle knowing it had defective tail lamps & now all I get is silence from them. They can’t say they didn’t know, I didn’t look very hard & discovered all 2015 & 2016 Yukons had defective tail lamps. I bought an extended warranty that’s useless , so I’ve got to sink $1,900 to be legal driving my Yukon. I noticed something that looked like condensation in the tail lamp & thought it would just dry out. Wrong that’s one of the major clues of the 2015 defective tail lamps. I shouldn’t be responsible for this defect but I’ve yet to have anyone call me back. I had one guy on the phone that said it’s easier to come in. I live almost 2,5 hours away in Northern Az. He said that sucks for you. Are you kidding me! When I call I get transitive & time again to reception. Van Chevrolet is the worst!! More

Worst customer service they are fast at selling you a vehicle but after that you will never be able to talk to anyone including their customer relations people. One month later they still have not given vehicle but after that you will never be able to talk to anyone including their customer relations people.
