In my many years of purchasing vehicles Van Chevrolet just gave us the #1 WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME. Lied to verbally and in writing, no follow up and sill don't have all we were promised. just gave us the #1 WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME. Lied to verbally and in writing, no follow up and sill don't have all we were promised. If I could give a ZEOR star review I would. You should be embarrassed to call yourself a Berkshire Hathaway dealership. More

On a pleasant day, we visited Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale with the aim of buying a family car in preparation for the arrival of our new baby, due in January. We invested our savings and even sold our old van with the aim of buying a family car in preparation for the arrival of our new baby, due in January. We invested our savings and even sold our old van to complete this purchase. The features of the Honda Odyssey impressed us, but we were bemused by the presence of a warning light on the dashboard indicating a technical flaw. The sales representative assured us, it reflected minor issues with timing belt water pump, TPMS, and wheel sensors, all of which would be resolved as part of the 'we owe' agreement. However, we were disheartened when only code erasure was done instead of the promised repairs, under the pretext that the vehicle was safe. Despite this misleading act, we collected the car from the dealership, trusting there commitment to send a $200 check for the inconvenience—which we never received. The engine light and other warning codes resurfaced the very next day, prompting us to return to the dealership. Although your team initially promised to rectify the issue, these commitments remain unfulfilled, and we were further informed that the 'we owe' document would no longer be honored. So how are we supposed to recommend a dealership that actually does not honor their customers by providing a safe vehicle? A mans world is all i need to trust someone. But for you to write it down and sign to promise to take care of it is on another level. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIFE. My family and i will be telling the whole world about our experiences. More
These clowns shipped a damaged vehicle to me, and sent a vehicle with the odometer verification 8 miles where it in fact had 564 miles on it. These guys are complete crooks. vehicle with the odometer verification 8 miles where it in fact had 564 miles on it. These guys are complete crooks. More

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I did buy a 2017 Camaro and it had a flat tire which they lowered the price for me and that was the only thing that they told me was wrong with it. I I did buy a 2017 Camaro and it had a flat tire which they lowered the price for me and that was the only thing that they told me was wrong with it. I did put a down payment on the car and three weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I kept calling I'm not only that I keep calling, but I kept being put on hold and never got any answers on top of that. They told me that they were missing a part for the air bag which no one told me that when I purchased the car now two months later, they're making up excuses about why I can't pick up the car. Then they told me the car was ready. I drove all the way up to Phoenix for them to tell me that it was the WRONG CAR. And mind you It's a two hour drive. On top of that, they still haven't given me my money for my down payment back and it's been almost 3 months. Don't even come here it's not worth it. They still owe me $500 to this day for lying about issues on my vehicle. More
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Vans Chevrolet I chalked up my poor experience to the car buying process in general. Things like low offer for trade, entirely too much time to process sale etc. Then chalked up my poor experience to the car buying process in general. Things like low offer for trade, entirely too much time to process sale etc. Then I got a email from the GSM Bryan Hrabe. Yes it was a poorly written template email asking me to fill out a survey and give a great review or tell the GSM if I wasn't comfortable giving a perfect 10. I wrote him a letter about how I was offered 30% less for my trade then I actually ended up getting and how the finance guy ignored the lower available rates in order to try to get me to agree to a rate 4% higher and how I only received 1 key fob and the process taking over 3 hours after we agreed to the terms. My first and second letter were both ignored. So if you are in the car buying process, I would avoid this dealer. They have misleading practices like putting Fair condition on the trade value despite the car not having a scratch and model year 2020, to not disclosing the best finance rate to benefit themselves. Overall this dealer is only concerned with themselves and not with the community they serve. More

The intake cam shaft position actuator solenoid valve needs to be replaced which is causing the engine light to come on. This is $$455.33. My back up camera is having problems. The entire radio needs to be replaced. This will cost $$1726.64. They also found the transmission mounts, lower control arms and alignment need to be fixed. $$2906.69. I got the extended warranty and the only thing covered is the 2906.69. I paid $$22,000 for this vehicle and only had it a few months now I have to put another $$455.53 and $$1726.64 into the vehicle. Victor told me the vehicles are inspected before being sold. Obviously the $$2906.69 was an existing problem which means they 1) knew about it or 2) they don’t check the vehicles as they told me they do. I told the Chevy service department to fix the valve because the vehicle keeps stalling. I can’t afford the radio so unfortunately it looks like I will not be having a back up camera. Prior to this I had to put $450.00 for two new rotors . I called them and told them about it and they told me that’s normal wear and tear. They don’t cover that. The Chevy service shop said the car was purchased with bad rotors because of the low mileage and timeframe I’ve had the vehicle. Victor was my sales person. These cars are all checked before we sell them is what he told me. More
WORST experience EVER! They are HORRIBLE!! Service department lost keys TWICE! Drove our brand new Denali off the lot and it broke down three days after we purchased it. We They are HORRIBLE!! Service department lost keys TWICE! Drove our brand new Denali off the lot and it broke down three days after we purchased it. We took it to the service department. Never heard a word from anybody. Called for a month straight and got the runaround from the sales department and the service department. Apparently someone misplaced the truck keys. When we finally went to pick it up… They couldn’t find the keys. Luckily I had brought the spare set. The truck was filthy! We left with a dirty truck driving with a spare set of keys. More
