Dealership service department put us in touch with Scott, they promised that he would take care of us and would get us a vehicle that fit our needs. When we arrived at the dealership staff was extremely frie they promised that he would take care of us and would get us a vehicle that fit our needs. When we arrived at the dealership staff was extremely friendly and seemed to all work together well and supported each other. Scott contacted me and was direct, and worked fast to get me the deal that I needed. I explained that I was busy and spread very thin, and I had almost no patience. Scott never wasted a minute of my time on something that wasn't relevant. He got me the truck I wanted and made the deal in less than a day. He also took time to make sure that the truck was clean, was safe, and had new tires on it before I picked it up the next day for my husband's birthday. I have purchased no less than 12 cars int he last 20 years or so and this was by far the easiest experience. Regardless of what we are looking for I will always call Scott when we are buying, selling, or trading in. He has experience and it 100% shows. THANK YOU SCOTT! More

I was very disappointed with my post sale experience. I have had several things that are not working on my newly purchased used vehie.that should have been caught and disclosed prior to sale. No windshield have had several things that are not working on my newly purchased used vehie.that should have been caught and disclosed prior to sale. No windshield washer tubing under the hood. Glove box literally broken off the dash panel (closed to appear like it was fine) dash power outlet not working, side view mirrors burnt out (couldn't see at all with them at night), no radio antenna. I reached out to the salesmen twice (text and email) and the dealership once via email. I have received no substantive response. I may just show up this weekend and return it. Also never got confirmation that they switched over their financing to my own personal financing. Very disappointed. More

I purchased a vehicle through the Van Chevrolet internet process and had the vehicle delivered. The purchase was completed June 26, 2021. As of today, August 11, 2021 I have not received the documentation t process and had the vehicle delivered. The purchase was completed June 26, 2021. As of today, August 11, 2021 I have not received the documentation that I was promised would be sent within three days for this purchase. I have reached out to the finance department and the internet sales department on multiple occasions, and am still waiting. My latest attempt, today, resulted in the Van Chevrolet sales rep hanging up on me. Had I known this is the type of service I could expect, I would have purchased elsewhere! More
