Worst buying experience ever. Whole process was rushed. During the finance portion, employees could be heard yelling and using profanity from a nearby office. Was told I would get a pdf of sales agreement we signed on a little Ipad which I did not until I called and the salesman the next day and he took pictures on his phone and sent me. Found $2000 extra warranty added to contract w/o knowledge nor understanding. Found advertised price was 6K less than price offered to me. When I went to pick up the truck I asked about advertised price but was told that was for cash only and we got special financing instead (not true). Was told I would get a check for the price of the warranty that was added to contract without my knowledge - also not true. Called a month later they said they could not issue the check to me, it would need to go to the Finance Company. No return call after 1 week so called and was told the check was sent to Finance Company - 1.5 months after the deal was completed. Treatment was completely different than anything I have ever experienced. Never been taken advantage of this bad in my life. More

Went to Van Chevy after work with friends to look at a new vehicle for one of them. I had purchased my truck there so I suggested it. When we arrived we stated to each sales person that approached us that new vehicle for one of them. I had purchased my truck there so I suggested it. When we arrived we stated to each sales person that approached us that we only wanted to look in person because the one buying wasn't ready to buy same day. Not only did they not have what he wanted to see in person after looking at it online, they said they didn't have any on lot and it was discontinued. They offered to run numbers on a similar vehicle just so he'd know what ballpark he'd be looking at despite knowing he wasn't ready to buy. Everyone was friendly until Daly got involved. Once he stepped in he immediately turned on the fast talking bulldozer routine we all know. My friend said a couple times he wanted to wait during this. Another friend asked a question and Daly responded with "are you making the purchase" and after my friend responded "no" Daly immediately dismissed him and turned back to our friend who was the potential buyer and tried to restart the bulldoze. I asked Daly to explain why he just dismissed my other friend and Daly asked me the exact same question and I said no then he dismissed me and went right back to bulldozing. I refuse to be treated like that nor watch my friends be treated like that. When we got up to leave he accused us of bullying our friend. That man is disrespectful, dishonest, and downright unpleasant. I don't care that his office is full of awards, he wasn't ever involved up till the last few minutes. He should have stayed in his cubical of self-adulation. That place has a revolving door every few months with the dealers but I'll never step foot in that building, take my truck for repairs or ever recommend that place as long as Daly is involved there. Van Chevrolet is the worst dealership and worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. We agreed on a deal spent a few hours there signed all the paperwork. Don’t ever go to this dealership and then they promise to help me out and then they ghost me, Johnathan Ramirez and his manager Rob don’t waste your time. They were not honest. First sold me a car for more than was listed on the website. When I asked they blew me off 3 times. I have a screen shot of the car on their website for $6k less than I was charged. Also the car was in an accident and had damage on the front end. When I called the next day to request a repair I was made to feel like and annoyance and was asked what my problem was now. Very rude. Was intears through out the process.
