When email sent to the above email, this was the response: "Your message to customerrelations@vanchevrolet.com couldn't be delivered. customerrelations wasn't found at vanchevrolet.com." So one more falsehood made by this dealer and their employees. I did talk by phone to Anna, and was told there was nothing could be done about the price discrepancy because "you signed the agreement". While this is most likely true from a legal standpoint, ethically and morally I believe this entire experience was terrible at best.

I would like to know why I was charged more do the car than was listed on the website. No one wants to address this. I will contact the BBB ANS WEIGHTS AND MEASURES I think that my paperwork should be fixed to show the price of the car that is reflected on the website. I paid 6k more than the listed price. Not fair or legitimate.
