Trevor was kind and helpful but other then him he was the only good part I had signed 2 contracts due to not having certain funds avaliable that being said in that process they changed the sticker price from only good part I had signed 2 contracts due to not having certain funds avaliable that being said in that process they changed the sticker price from 45,000 to 49,999 that's pretty much 5,000 im gonna be out of all cause they scammed me for the extra money on the second contract with out me noticing and they are trying to say they didnt do that even though clear as day I have proof the car was listed at 45000 but bought at 49999 More
Worst buying experience ever. Whole process was rushed. During the finance portion, employees could be heard yelling and using profanity from a nearby office. Was told I would get a pdf of sales agreement we signed on a little Ipad which I did not until I called and the salesman the next day and he took pictures on his phone and sent me. Found $2000 extra warranty added to contract w/o knowledge nor understanding. Found advertised price was 6K less than price offered to me. When I went to pick up the truck I asked about advertised price but was told that was for cash only and we got special financing instead (not true). Was told I would get a check for the price of the warranty that was added to contract without my knowledge - also not true. Called a month later they said they could not issue the check to me, it would need to go to the Finance Company. No return call after 1 week so called and was told the check was sent to Finance Company - 1.5 months after the deal was completed. Treatment was completely different than anything I have ever experienced. Never been taken advantage of this bad in my life. More
