Great experience, definitely customer service drivenat Vans Chevy. We initially went to Courtesy Chevy first and walked out- sales manager was a tool, talked to me like I was a child. I was treated very unprofessionally and felt they could care less about making a sell. We went to Van Chevy and had a complete opposite experience. Salesman, manager and finance department were extremely friendly, helpful and friendly. I brought my 2024 Suburban in for a routine oil change, which I had already paid for under an extended service plan. When I first made the appointment, I clearly told their representative, Moe, that my oil changes were free until March 2027. Moe said nothing about this service being valid only at Gateway Chevrolet in Avondale, where I purchased the vehicle. When I dropped off the car for service the next day, I again informed Moe about my pre-paid oil changes. Still, no one mentioned that it wouldn’t be covered. Hours later, when I went to pick up my vehicle, they charged me money out of pocket for something I’ve already paid for! I immediately called Gateway Chevrolet in Avondale, and they confirmed my oil changes are indeed covered—just not at this dealership. Van Chevrolet’s staff could have easily informed me upfront that my warranty would not apply there. If they had, I would have gladly taken my car to Avondale. Instead, they let me go through with the service and stuck me with a bill. This was incredibly dishonest, and it shows a complete lack of regard for customers' time, money, and trust. It feels like they intentionally withheld important information just to make a sale. This was my first experience with Van Chevrolet, and it was AWFUL. I will never buy a car or return for service here again. If you want honest and transparent customer service, go somewhere else. More

The drive to your store from Tucson through heavy freeway traffic took almost 3 hours by the time we completed what I thought was the price negotiation for my wife’s car it was past 5 PM and I was pretty tir traffic took almost 3 hours by the time we completed what I thought was the price negotiation for my wife’s car it was past 5 PM and I was pretty tired when we finally agreed on an out the door price for the car and shook hands on it. I thought the rest would be routine paperwork How wrong I was it is clear now your sales manager never had any intention of selling me the car at the price he suggested and we shook hands-on. I thought we had just agreed on the price for a car, but all he was doing was getting me to say yes to a sale next came the razzle dazzle hand waving explaining he made a mistake and that he had to make this adjustment and that adjustment I was tired after a long day and just nodded. I’m sure this process has been carefully crafted and I was just plain manipulated. I never did see an out the door price until the last form to sign the closing the price your company agreed to of $21,500 had morphed into almost $24,000. I feel like you people manipulated the deceived an elderly couple. I wish I would have just left but I didn’t fully appreciate how I had been misled until later that evening driving home. More
