Mr. Earl has a long history of falsely accusing dealerships and independent repair facilities of fraud. Mr. Earl has no foundation for his accusations and is simply a disgruntled customer. Van Chevrolet has earned Chevrolet's dealer of the year award 2 years in a row earning excellent customer satisfaction scores. Van Chevrolet takes pride in resolving our customer's concerns to their complete satisfaction. If ever a billing or workmanship error is made Van Chevrolet always rectifies that error immediately and offers a sincere apology to our client. Van has been in business since November 1992 and we are proud to have Chuck Mullins as our General Manager/Operating Partner for the last 20 years. Chuck has earned an outstanding reputation in the community and takes pride in long term customer relationships.
