Bad Customer Service/ disrespectfully First of all the “Sales Manager Vince Maldonado” yells in our face telling us “ We are frustrating and where is all our money!!!! He wanted to charge us off with $3000 a previous vehicle mind you we kept going back 8 times to resign contract for vehicle!!! Told “General Manager Matt Cerrera” and he told me I will work with you and get you in a vehicle and I will work with you directly” 11th time we went back!! Another sales person was helping us because Matt was with “another customer”!! We Never Saw Matt!!! They wanted to put us in a Trax lol for a family of 6!!! I went from a Equinox LT from Courtesy, to a Ford Expedition to a Dodge!! And offered a Trax! No way!We are stuck with this Dodge.i guess it’s okay to yell at your customers and disrespect them in public!! Great Customer service!! Was swept under the rug and that sales person is still there!!! They told us to do a voluntary surrender on my previous vehicle and get this vehicle and it will balance itself out!!!come to find out the they LIED and took adavantage!! Now I have that stuck on my credit!!!! I was never late on my equinox!!! I should’ve left when I had a chance!!! More

Service Department Never Returns Calls I wanted to express in my frustration with Van Chevrolet. I recently purchased a new 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 through a different Chevrolet deal I wanted to express in my frustration with Van Chevrolet. I recently purchased a new 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 through a different Chevrolet dealership and was not happy with the total service. I decided that I wanted to install a remote start kit to my new truck and reviewed all the other Chevrolet dealers near me. I decided that I would like to have Van Chevrolet install the remote start kit based on peoples reviews. HERE IS MY FRUSTRATION WITH VAN CHEVROLET. I called Van Chevrolet parts department on 4-24-18 at 0822 hours. After providing to the parts department employee I wanted to purchase, and have installed, a remote starter kit and have given him my VIN number to my truck, he told me I needed to schedule the service with the service department and the part would take one day to be received. I was transferred to the service department, or I thought, because no one answered and I had to leave a message on a male subjects voice mail. I left a detailed message providing what I wanted, my name and telephone number. I have yet to receive any return call from Van Chevrolet to schedule service/install for the remote start kit. I decided to call Van Chevrolet again today (04-27-18), which was at 1655 hours. I spoke with a female from the "concierge" department. After providing my name, telephone number and vehicle information, I stated I wanted a remote starter kit installed. The female told me she could not schedule that service but someone in the service department could. I mentioned I knew the part would need to be ordered and took a day to get in and that the service department employees were probably gone for the day. I was told the service department did not close until 1800 hours and she would pass along my request and information and someone from the service department would be contacting me shortly. Well, its now 1917 hours and no one from Van Chevrolet has contacted me to schedule my requested service / install of a new remote starter kit. I know I am heavy winded but I wanted to let whomever at Van Chevrolet know, that reads these inquiries, that I am definitely frustrated. I was finally scheduled off work the following Monday and Tuesday and was hoping to have a new remote starter kit installed knowing it had to be ordered (takes one day to get in). But now I have realized I will need to schedule my service with another Chevrolet dealership since Van Chevrolet seems to be too busy or not very customer service oriented to call anyone back. This is very upsetting as I thought, based on other customer reviews read, that I might have found a reliable and dependable dealership to get service performed on my truck on all future service intervals. Not the case now. I hope this message gets to the General Manager and/or Customer Service Manager in hopes this does not happen to anyone else. For this reason, I can not recommend Van Chevrolet to others because of the poor customer service I have seen with the service department. I also only give one star because of the same reason but never actually got any service performed because no one would ever return my call. *****UPDATE: As of 5/10/18, I have not received any kind of communications from Van Chevrolet. I have sent an email to the dealership’s “inquiry” page, to the Service Dept and even to the General Manager, but NO responses. I wrote my initial negative review on dealerrater.com and received an email stating I may receive some type of communication from Van Chevrolet because they frown on receiving an negative feedback on dealerrater.com. I guess this is not really the case as they’ve had 2 weeks to contact me so I could voice my opinion and make sure their poor customer service doesn’t happen again. Oh well. I guess they want everyone to read Hiw customer service is really not that important to them. Furthermore, they probably just see me as one person/customer and they will just get another one because they have lost this one. I hope others don’t have to go through this issue too. More

Avoid Purchasing Car was not bad experience (however no bargain either) but after perfect payment history Vann could not help but incessantly harassing, for Purchasing Car was not bad experience (however no bargain either) but after perfect payment history Vann could not help but incessantly harassing, for 6 months now, how I needed to purchase another vehicle. I explained, several times that I did not need another vehicle but, nonetheless, the call have continued and will not stop. So, in spite what the tell you about no hassle sales: if you buy a vehicle, and pay exactly as required, they will harass you relentlessly to buy another car even though you have told them, repeatedly, you don't need another. I would not buy anything from Vann again and would suggest that you not either. Even when they tell you they won't call you, they still harass. Good luck but avoid Vann. More
