Not happy! I felt very rushed and pressured. This experience is all bad sales experience in one. We were looking at an Arcadia but didn’t like the color and was I felt very rushed and pressured. We were looking at an Arcadia but didn’t like the color and was then brought a different Arcadia but different color which we liked was told it had all the same features but different year and a little cheaper. We bought the vehicle and it’s dufferent. It doesn’t have AWD like the other one. It’s missing the weather stipping. The windshield was cracked and was told someone contact us and we’ve called a few times and we get the same answer someone will contact us later. Sticker price was 29,000 but the total bill be 40,000. This includes 4.5 interest, warranty if 3,000 and gap of 500. Where the rest goes idk. Carlo wanted me to sign a hand written document about purchasing the vehicle before it was itemized. I should walked out, I should of looked at the numbers and then take 15 mins by myself to decide before signing. I should of looked the vehicle over better, please take your time in the process. More
