This could be posted on a screen in the customer waiting lounge so the customer could see how the vehicle is progressing. This would also elinate several visits to the service desk to ask the same questions. More

Great. Excellent. Thorough My truck had been to local dealerships 7 times in 6 months for a leak. Nobody got it right. When one leak got fixed another sprung. Finally gave up and took my truck 90 miles back to van bortel (where I bought it) and they took care of it. The rep and actual mechanic were fantastic and knew what they were doing. Warranty Repair My 2015 F150 had what I thought was improper brake rotor wear at 28,000 miles. Van Bortel agreed. After discussions with Ford Customer Service, Van My 2015 F150 had what I thought was improper brake rotor wear at 28,000 miles. Van Bortel agreed. After discussions with Ford Customer Service, Van Bortel replaced all four rotors and brake pads, as well as driving me home and back because the service was going to take longer than expected. I could not have asked for better service! More
