I was given a car to drive due to this. As for sales, Dan Happ. new I would be in for service and gave me a call to see if I would like to look at some newer cars, with less mileage than my 90,000. I told him I would think about it and discuss it with my husband- Dan did not pressure me, he kindly let me know that he would be there while my car was being serviced. Wheel bearing under warranty I needed a new wheel bearing and was close to the end of my 36,000 mile warranty. They couldn’t get me in for the repair before I would go over 36k, I needed a new wheel bearing and was close to the end of my 36,000 mile warranty. They couldn’t get me in for the repair before I would go over 36k, but they scheduled me and still did it under warranty. Beautiful, right? But wait, then my check engine light came on at 36,011 miles and I asked them to check that out too. They replaced the part under warranty anyway. Way better than ANY other dealer that I ever went to. Thank you Van Bortel. I’ll keep sending my friends and family to you for sales and service. More
