Went in for a recall notice Good place. Have used them many times for service and for buying OEM Ford parts. The property itself; well the inside of the building could use a go Good place. Block walls near the cashier are covered in black dust/dirt. The parking lot is terrible in terms of space and line of sight. They have so much inventory, there is hardly any room anywhere for customer parking and if you are luck to find a spot it's in the back 40. It's a little hairy driving around because you just can't see very well with all of the inventory. Last thing I want to do is wipe out a brand new vehicle. As far as customer service, they are second to none. I cannot overstate this. The quality of their work is superior as far as anything I have ever had done there. I would recommend VanBortel to anyone. More
