Good service; hard to get appointment While I am usually satisfied with the work/maintenance from Van BORTEL, it is not easy to make an appointment. Recently they no longer have online app While I am usually satisfied with the work/maintenance from Van BORTEL, it is not easy to make an appointment. Recently they no longer have online appointment setting and when I called, they simply recommended the drop-off. For working parents that need access to their vehicles, this is not helpful. I don’t mind booking out but the long long waits have gotten worse over the year + I’ve worked with them. More
