VanBortel Ford made my recent new car purchase excellent experience Cass the sales consultant was friendly knowledgeable and helpful- explained the vehicle I was interested in and Cass found it on the lot experience Cass the sales consultant was friendly knowledgeable and helpful- explained the vehicle I was interested in and Cass found it on the lot Thank you so much Dwayne the computer tech explained Sync 4 on the vehicle with hands on experience in a concise manner-went through the entire screen prompts and saved me countless hours reading the manual like I did in previous vehicles Bryan the financial manager answered all my questions as I requested Ford premium care/maintenance plan/tire pro as well as undercoating Bryan went through all the details of the Ford plans which are primo at least for me Also Bryan answered questions I had after purchasing the vehicle-again thanks Van Bortel Ford really does put the customer first as Ms Kitty van Bortel says Good vibes More
