Service I always have great professional service . Except the last one , 2 weeks ago. I was very disappointed to find A 4” scratch on my passenger side I always have great professional service . I didn’t report either one the scratch I f saw later that night . It looked like the air compressor gun did it , It had swirls in the scratch since I had a tire rotation. If you are used to negotiating with dealerships, Van Bortel might not be your dealership of choice. However, Overall the price of the vehicle was good. It appears Ford is now competing more with other brands by offering larger rebates than in the past. If rebates are not large, going to another dealership is a must to compare costs. I considered Van Bortel 2 yrs ago but put off by one salesman. Different salesman made the difference. More
