Through email and text messaging with my sales representative, I was able to get my trade appraised wit purchase a new vehicle from Van Bortel Ford. Through email and text messaging with my sales representative, I was able to get my trade appraised with the VIN# and some photos with a description of the condition. They gave me a fair price for my trade and we were able to strike a deal that I was comfortable with all without having to visit the dealership. The day I signed the paperwork was able drive away in my new truck! It took no more than 45 minutes at the dealership for the paperwork, swap out the license plates and I was on my way. I would highly recommend! More

Brought car in on Sat for NYS Insp. I had no appointment. It was Saturday and I needed to get Oil & Filter Change and NYS Inspection done, It was around 11:00 AM when I went to Quick Lane, and the service adv It was Saturday and I needed to get Oil & Filter Change and NYS Inspection done, It was around 11:00 AM when I went to Quick Lane, and the service advisor told me it would take three hours, I told her that was fine, I said I would wait in the waiting room. I watched TV, they had interesting shows on, so I was pretty occupied. They got the car serviced and NYS Inspected within the three hour time spam. I am very pleased. You have to understand that this was on a Saturday and without having scheduled an appointment, I consider this excellent service. I understand the reason for the long wait is because I needed a NYS Inspection and it could only be done by a Certified Technician. More
