Steve Miller is always working for my family and I, to get the vehicle we need at a reasonable price. I honestly do not price shop with Van Bortle Ford. Great experience with service! We had a warranty issue with our van and the service department was great! I called to make an appointment and she was very nice and accommodating on the phone! They gave with our van and the service department was great! I called to make an appointment and she was very nice and accommodating on the phone! They gave us a loaner car while our van was in the shop. They called when our van was finished and gave us a detailed straight to the point explanation of what was wrong and how they fixed it! Great service, honest and trustworthy staff. I had my snow tires put on at a different shop; they said my rotors needed to be replaced. I took my car to Van Bortel for an oil change and they said my roto snow tires put on at a different shop; they said my rotors needed to be replaced. I took my car to Van Bortel for an oil change and they said my rotors, which only have 10,000 miles on them, were perfectly fine as I expected. I’ve never had an issue with their service department.
