Wow! Value Kia really isn’t that bad. In fact my experience was the complete opposite. When arriving at Value Kia, the parking lot of their new facility was very busy but the Sales man greeted me ri experience was the complete opposite. When arriving at Value Kia, the parking lot of their new facility was very busy but the Sales man greeted me right away. To my surprise he didn’t hound me to run credit or push me to get into a car that he wanted me in. He actually cared about what I wanted. After test driving about 3 cars I made my decision on the 2014 soul. They worked me a great deal and the payments were very affordable. I can’t thank Value Kia enough! I never post on these things but when I saw all the negative comments it really poorly reflects the attention and service I was given. More
If you have time to waste why NOT go to.the Value Kia on Essington Avenue. It was the worst experience of my life. Sounds so good right until you and the half of the city of Philadelphia is there. The customer service is.horrible I.waited 9hrs and walked out with nothing. I really believe it depends on the person who can help you. Its a 50/50 its like waiting on Government Assistance and Dont believe thoose great deals frauds.....scamers...buyer beware they are overselling the vehicles dont follow Kelly Blue Book and prices are not.posted..Know what you want and how much the vehicle is worth with milage and.make.sure you have updated stickers and read.fine print on everything u sign More
Came in, tried to make a cash 4 clunker & they told me I had to put $2000 , plus pay a note of $519 monthly or I wouldn't be qualified, since I wasn't at my job for more than 2 years. They never said that is false advertisement. Not to mention, I wanted to lease a 2010 Nissan Maxima, there's no way the note should be that high. It's shouldn't matter how long I've been employed, that's wrong. More

There were people everywhere, which means the salespeople gave terrible customer service since they were being stretched thin. Went in Sept 2012 to buy a NEW 2013 Optima and they were SOLD OUT! Settled on a 2009 Nissan Altima. Made a deal...financed MSRP of $16,000, plus gave a $1,000 cash deposit and a trade worth $2,500. Definitely not a fair deal! Got an oil change and the mechanic informed me that the vehicle had no inspection stickers! How do you sell a car without a proper inspection? PROS: I have HORRIBLE credit and they were able to get me in the car...period! They also reimbursed me for the cost of inspection. CONCLUSION: Paid way above market price but I'm driving! More
I went here for Cash for Clunkers- what a rip off. Because I wasn't willing to purchase a certain car they pretty much ignored me and did not show me any cars.
