Valley Subaru came back with the best price and included a few extras. I was kinda disappointed, to tell the truth, as Valley Subaru is a long way from my home. So I called a few other dealers closer to me to give them a chance to meet the deal. No luck. They wouldn't even attempt to come close. So, we drove to Valley Subaru and bought the vehicle. No BS. No bait and switch. No surprises. In fact, we found out that what we thought we wanted was not really what we wanted. Cameron was so "matter of fact" about everything that he was able to steer us to a vehicle that more closely fit what we needed. Saved us a few thousand bucks in the process and we are VERY happy with the purchase. Cameron was a joy to work with. Very personable. Very honest. Didn't try to up-sell us? Wish they were closer. but no more often than we need service, it will work out. More

She always had a smile and it was so pleasant talking with her. She even helped to pair my phone and showed me the controls in the car. She also follows up with her customers afterwards which is pretty cool. I also want to mention Covenant Cook. Although she was not the person that assisted me in purchasing my vehicle, she was the first person to greet my family and I. She even opened the door for us when we were going into the sales floor and I thought that was really nice and it was appreciated. I've bought a Subaru at Valley before, but this was the first time that I just had such a nice experience buying a car here. I highly recommend seeing Tori if you're in the market for a Subaru. More

Very polite, professional Jeremy was a fairly new employee, but we liked him. He was polite, professional. One item that did upset us - your inspection sheet showed one door dent on drivers side, while the passenger door was covered in big, significant door dents, and nothing was noted on your inspection report. I find this completely unsatisfactory and feel these dents were hidden purposely. This is NOT PROFESSIONAL and we are rather angry about this situation.
