Get all of their promises in writing - I did. Disappointing experience from start to finish. Was sold a bill of goods by the salesmen just to get us to come in to purchase the vehicle. Once we were there (hour and a half away), it was a "you don't like the vehicle, other people do and we can sell it to them"kind of sales approach. Regardless of the lies we were told in text, about the vehicle and everything that would be included (Full detail and buff, full tune-up etc), it didn't end that way. It didn't matter that we were promised these things in writing. The sales manager bullies people and talks down to them. Once they finally "detailed" (or so called detailing, the Jeep, it was worse off than it was prior to. We got ripped off, they didn't follow through with what they promised and I would suggest not being put in the situation like we were. They lied and said it was detailed, but pictures can prove to you that it wasn't, the paint may be 11 years old, but that doesn't mean it can't be buffed to a shine, or at least attempted, they didn't even DO THAT! I don't know what is so difficult about being true to your written word, but for them it's very difficult. I even called Tom out on everything that was promised in writing and his response to me was "Look, if you don't want it, just give us the car back, we aren't going to tune up the Jeep or wash it again". Once they did decide they would buff out and detail the Jeep, they did nothing more than waste my time driving there to pick it up, to find out they didn't buff out any of the paint, just merely ran it through the car wash and dried it, didn't even have the decency to clean any of the glass or mirrors. What a joke! It could have been so much better, had they just done what they promised, in writing...to do. I will continue to warn others. More

I felt like I was sitting and talking with a friend instead of a salesman. He took the time to explain certain features to me and to help me transfer some of my stuff from my old vehicle to my new one, well after the dealership had already closed. Both have been available for my questions post purchase and I've been grateful for that. More

Excellent service I visited your dealership and initially dealt with Tori. She continued to call me and send me e-mails over the next 2 months(I think) until I finally I visited your dealership and initially dealt with Tori. She continued to call me and send me e-mails over the next 2 months(I think) until I finally purchased my Forester. She contacted me just the right amount .I live in Boulder so was also looking at Flatirons Subaru and came home on Friday May 19th feeling very discouraged because I had looked at their inventory of used cars on line and when I went to see them, they were all sold. I got home and Tori called me about a Memorial Day special. I went to Valley a few hours later and drove a new Forester. When i got home I did more research and decided I should have Eyesight with a new car so looked at another 2017 Forester on line. When my husband and I went up to your dealership on May 20th, I called first and since Tori was busy, Ryan was ready with the car for us to drive. He was wonderful to work with and could answer all our questions about the car. He is very knowledgible about the Subarus . Thanks and I look forward to coming in for my oil changes etc. More

The people of Valley Subaru are great! My husband and I started looking for new vehicles to lease sometime in March. We knew that we would need to scale down the cost of the two new vehicle My husband and I started looking for new vehicles to lease sometime in March. We knew that we would need to scale down the cost of the two new vehicles plus we needed to get better fuel mileage as my husband drives 18,000 miles per year just going to work and back. I became quite a process and one of the dealerships were started with was Valley Subaru. Out came a smiling Charles Dunlap. (Just to clarify, between the two of us, we have test driven over 30 cars in two months.) Charles never pushed us but was always knowledgeable and available when ever we had questions. We test drove several Subaru models over the next two months and finally settled on our first lease car, a 2017 Subaru Impreza Sport 2.0i. We both love it and again, Charles went above and beyond to teach us all the intricacies of the car. We would also like it noted that Charles is one of the best dressed salesman we have dealt with during our car search. We still have one more car that we need to lease before the end of the month of June but we have decided to go with three other manufacturers when we make the final decision.
