I was sent to Valley Honda by a friend to see Lou Ranallo. she knew him from another dealership where she bought her car from him. when i got there he greeted me like we were already friends even t Ranallo. she knew him from another dealership where she bought her car from him. when i got there he greeted me like we were already friends even though we had never met. i told him that my budget was very tight and that it might take a miracle to help me. he made me feel like there was nothing to worry about. we took 3 demo rides before i selected my Accord. i love that car it is so nice and well maintained. all of the "used" cars at Valley were really nice it was hard for me to even pick one. I have been telling everyone i know about Lou and the whole Valley Honda staff. I never had an easier time buying a car. He even took me to avis to take back my rental car. They just made everything easy for me. I would recommend Lou Ranallo to anyone looking for a car. More

My husband and I have been dealing with Valley Honda since 2003 and from that first visit, we have always been very happy! When we went there, I realized I knew Steve Werksman, via his wife, and at the since 2003 and from that first visit, we have always been very happy! Steve made the process very easy then and we continue to go back because of his integrity and willingness to help us on anything. He realizes the value AND importance of keeping a good customer!!! On 6/19/2013, we bought our 2nd CR-V - a 2010. Our first was a new 2008 and unfortunately, my husband was hit and it was totaled. We were very blessed he was okay, and what could have been a very trying experience, (you're literally in a time crunch to get a vehicle!), was wonderful. We met Joe Carlino & Michael Donnelly, (Finance), who were very helpful, and had our best interests in mind. Along with Joe, again Steve helped us as well and we are very happy with the help we received. All of our questions were answered, requests were handled professionally and they couldn't have been nicer. Additionally, they managed to get us a lower interest rate for the amount of time we needed which beat our Credit Union!! If we could've afforded a new car, we would have bought it there, (we bought both of ours at Valley Honda). We researched Edmunds, NADA, KBB, and Nationwide on used cars. Valley Honda had the best value when you take into consideration the year of the vehicle, mileage, condition & cost. We could not be happier and we will continue to go to Valley Honda, not only for us but when our kids are old enough to buy cars, because of the Sales, Service and Salespeople/Managers!!! More

Joe is very trustworthy. I once went to a Mazda dealership where my husband over heard the salesman and sales manger talking about forcing me into a certain color because it was on the lot.
