I have not purchased a vehicle since 2006 so much has changed. It "streamlined" the process because I never enjoyed the experience of going from dealer to dealer to get the facts about what it was I needed. Thus, Valley Honda did a great job in making my decision easy. I purchased my first Honda, a Pilot, and I hope to drive it for 100K+ miles. By the next time I need to purchase a car I shouldn't even need to leave my home?!?! More

He also gave a detailed "tour" of the car on the day of our purchase, making sure we felt comfortable with all of its features. He was enthusiastic but not at all pushy, which we really appreciated.At the same time, he never acted like he was too busy to spend his time with us. Frank was able to locate the exact color and trim we had requested, and he worked hard to get the vehicle delivered to the dealership and have all of the options in place in a very short time-frame. The salesman had a no nonsense approach, did not at all try and talk us into anything we didn't want and made no effort to steer us toward a more expensive vehicle. The dealership also made us a very fair offer on trade-in for our previous vehicle and helped navigate the transaction with the loan holder. Our salesman, Jeff, actually drove by our place the night we purchased the new car to drop off items we left at the dealership. Overall, about as good an experience as can be expected at a car dealership. I'd recommend them and I'll likely go back again when it's time for a new Honda. More
