We visited with no intention of buying. We appreciated that there wasn't obvious pressure, which we've felt at other dealerships. I had a list of models and trims we wanted to see. Not only did the dealership have them, but also Roland showed us exactly what we asked for. It was a nice combination of volume/options and a lack of up-sale pressure or redirection. We ended up test driving the exact vehicles we asked for, so it started making our decision simple. We ended up buying our vehicle that day (Honda CRV Hybrid), despite having already planned visits to other dealerships. It's our second vehicle purchase from Valley Honda, and we'd recommend them in the future. More
