Recently, we purchased a 2026 Honda CR-V from Valley Honda. As someone who doesn’t typically enjoy the car-buying process, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and stress-free this experience was. Honda. From the moment we called to check inventory, we were connected with Megha Thallam, who immediately stood out with her knowledge and professionalism. She quickly confirmed what was in stock and assured us everything would be ready when we arrived later that evening. True to her word, when we got to the dealership, Megha had all the details prepared. She was incredibly patient, informative, and answered every question we had without rushing us. When it came time to review pricing and paperwork, there were absolutely no surprises—everything was exactly as previously discussed. Megha went above and beyond during the vehicle delivery, walking us through all the technology, features, and customization options. She helped us set everything to our preferences and made sure we left fully confident in our new CR-V. The finance process was also straightforward and transparent. We drove home that night in the car we wanted, completely satisfied with the experience.
