Old battery in newer car After having a 2009 Kia Rio for 2 months the battery went dead I called aaa to get a new battery they didn't have one it's a dealer item they said. The technician from AAA showed me I had a January 2004 battery. So I called the dealer after talking to the manager he didn't think he should have to replace the battery and told me he would have the used car manager call me Kevin Goodwrench. We'll guess what no call back. They switched the batteries. Please RUN to somewhere else to get a car. More

A few days later we received a call from the finance dept, at valleyhi kia in victorville ca. that if my wife and i needed to come in to the dealer and sign 2 additional papers my wife and i went after work to sign , then a week later MOSSES from finance dept called and told us we needed to come in and re-sign the contract because it didn't print properly .i told MOSSES from the finance dept at valleyhi kia in victorville ca, this is the second time your dealer asked us to come in to sign papers .i asked him will you compensate me with some gas .MOSSES said come in i will take care of you ,then i said we will be there within an hour . my wife and i showed up within the hour at valleyhi kia in victorville ca,we walked to mosses office in the finance dept, he had no clients in his office at the time but yet mosses sent us to another person in finance .my wife and i sat down the first thing i did was hand my keys to the finance guy i said while we are signing the papers you can have somebody put gas in the truck .he moved the keys to the side and rushed us through the signing of the contract i asked what about the gas he said let me ask MOSSES he comes back 5 seconds later tells us sorry MOSSES said we cant do anything about gas we don't have the authority . i said really ? my wife and i walked to MOSSES office i asked him what about the gas MOSSES said i cant ,i said why didnt you tell me that on the phone or when i came in to the dealership .i said you gave me the impression you will compensate me with some gas for having to come to valleyhi kia in victorville ca, twice to sign papers it was the dealers mistake yours not mine . he got up from his desk then started walking us to the door i said you lied to us let me speak to the highest in charge in walked to an office with 2 gentlemen sitting behind a desk then he comes back and said fallow this sales person to the ampm and he will take care of you with gas . i asked the sales person how much gas are you putting in he looked at the paper and said $10 dlrs i purchased the truck for $24k and had to come 2 times to valleyhi kia in victorville ca, to sign paper work i told the sales person give MOSSES the $10 dlr gas voucher your dealer needs it more then me i will never purchase nor ever take any of my cars to any valleyhi dealership for service again . i will be shur to tell all my friends and family about valleyhi kia in victorville ca, $10dlrs of gas what an insult now i know how this dealer treats the customers after they purchase a vehicle . so everybody in the high desert your all better off driving down the hill to purchase a vehicle .customer service goes a long ways but not at valleyhi kia in victorville ca, customer service stops after you purchase a vehicle More
This is the third vehicle I bought from Valley High Kia. Customer service was great and every one was very friendly. Victor Sanchez spent alot of time with me, I was not sure of which model of car I wanted Customer service was great and every one was very friendly. They are awful. took my Fusion to get the transmission replaced. said we were getting a new transmission put in. after them having the car for a week we get it back less then 5 days later i have transmiss replaced. said we were getting a new transmission put in. after them having the car for a week we get it back less then 5 days later i have transmission fluid leaking out. i take it back, and come to find out my "NEW" transmission wasn't actually new and there are broken parts in it. and they have the nerve to argue over who pays for the broken parts in the "NEW" transmission they put it. over all they are crappy and rude and id never take the car back there just to have FAULTY WORK DONE and for a major inconvenience and them not even being nice about it. More

I gotta say this one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I bought a new Kia Sorrento last year and I was treated like royalty. My sales agent Tony Torres not only was professional and did not pres I've had. I bought a new Kia Sorrento last year and I was treated like royalty. My sales agent Tony Torres not only was professional and did not pressure me but he calls me almost once a month to see how I'm doing. Unfortunately I did had a manufacturer defect on my Sorrento but management was able to fix the issue immediately. Without hesitation they swapped out my Sorrento for a new one. I've never heard of any dealership doing this before. I would definitely recomend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. Greaat service and friendly staff. More
I went to Valley-Hi to find an inexpensive car to commute with, and found what appeared to be a nice 2000 ford Taurus with about 68k on it. It came to a grand total of about $7700. Then it went off. It came back on 7 days later with a vengeance. I took it to their maintenance department to get the problem fixed, but was met with a barrier of excuses and technicalities which resulted in no help whatsoever. The salesperson was very nice, and at least put on the appearance of concern and good intent, but the managerial staff and finance workers were rude, sarcastic, uncaring, pushy and rushed. They gave my no time to look over the paperwork, rushing me from signature to signature. I give a score of 3 to the friendliness category just because the salesperson was very helpful and friendly. otherwise, It would be another score of 1. Overall, I would not suggest anyone buy a used vehicle from this establishment. I know nothing about their new car sales, so I have no opinion to offer about that. More

I had a great experience at Valley Hi Kia. All the salespeople were top-notch; in fact Andrea Hardy worked very hard at getting us exactly what car and package we were looking for And worked with us o salespeople were top-notch; in fact Andrea Hardy worked very hard at getting us exactly what car and package we were looking for And worked with us on the price. The whole facility is great. Even afterward when I brought my Forte in for it's first checkup, the service personnel couldn't have been any nicer. I got my few questions that I needed answered. It's my first Kia and I still LOVE my car! I would recommend anyone even remotely near Valley Hi Kia to go in and see what they have. Make sure you see Andrea too--she really works hard for you to get what you want! We won't hesitate to go back for our next car. More
