I was very happy with my new car, I received a letter from Kia financial telling me our first payment was due March 22, when the sales manager made our deal told us that our first payment was not due for from Kia financial telling me our first payment was due March 22, when the sales manager made our deal told us that our first payment was not due for 45 days, that put it to April, this is the 2 brand new car we have bought from valley hi Kia and my 3 Soul I have bought from them.i am very disappointed in the management of this dealership. The 2015 I bought I was promised no money down and my payments would not change and that was a lie to get me into the dealership. My sales man was great and he really went out of his way to make us happy. I love the service department They have always been Great and always helpful.
