I recently brought my Cadillac XT4 in for service at Val Ward and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my conce Ward and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my concerns. My service advisor, Jane Flesh, was knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure I was comfortable with the service plan before moving forward. The work was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was returned to me clean and running perfectly. It’s clear that this service team takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the extra effort they put into making sure everything was done right. On June 16 I began charging our Lyriq to prepare for a trip to St. Petersburg to celebrate our 70th wedding anniversary/. 12 hours later on June 17th. I checked the charge and discovered the charge failed trip to St. Petersburg to celebrate our 70th wedding anniversary/. 12 hours later on June 17th. I checked the charge and discovered the charge failed. I tried to start the charge several times with out success and called Val Ward Service. They tested the complete system but no problems was found. Since our Lyriq did not have enough power for our trip Dave McKinny offered to fully charge the Lyriq so we could go on our trip with out concern and then continue with our testing upon return. We proceeded with our plans and upon return proceeded to try to charge the Lyriq and succeeded in doing so. It seems like previous attempts to charge may have cleared the connectors to enable the connection to take place. BIG THANKS to Val Ward Service Staff More

Put their greasy / dirty arm on my door arm rest. * My brand new Escalade with very light / cream colored leather. They did clean if for me and apologized but I was extremely pissed off. So I would advise them strongly not to do such in the future ... aka Use Their Brain and be Respectful to your customers vehicle. Karina was wonderful again apologized and fully understood my issue.... but it was it was not her fault / she did not do it. You should ask her who did it and address it directly with them. More
