Val Ward Cadillac Inc - Service Center

He is a nice guy, but very scattered and inattentive. He told me I would be there for 1.5 hours, and instead I was there for nearly 3 hours. Further, I was forced to pay $250.00 for lug nuts I told him I He told me I would be there for 1.5 hours, and instead I was there for nearly 3 hours. Further, I was forced to pay $250.00 for lug nuts I told him I didn't want. I then had to speak with the service manager who said that they'll change-out the lug-nuts and refund my card. So, in order to get my $250 back, I'd have to drive over an hour each way -- PLUS the time I'd have to be at the dealership for them to do the swap. I'm considering just disputing the charge with my credit card company. More

I've been taking my Cadillacs to Val Ward for service since I moved here in September, 2020. They have never disappointed me. Great, friendly service.
