If you’re speaking of the service department. I’m just not sure why the service man told my husband the black splay marks were there because that’s where the airbag is. I’ve worked in an automotive factory. I know what splay marks are and I’ve never heard of any car having marks due to their airbag. More

2025 Cadillac Lyriq sent me notifications to service driver assist system. All cameras and safety features stopped working. Also there was intermittent static on the infotainment system. I was able t driver assist system. All cameras and safety features stopped working. Also there was intermittent static on the infotainment system. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was offered a loaner vehicle. Two days later the car programs were updated and everything is working again. First service on this vehicle and very happy with the outcome. Val Ward did a great job and service was wonderful. More
