Jamie has been my service adviser for a few years now. I always know that when I call him for service, he will make my experience as easy and pleasant as possible. His politeness and professionalism go I always know that when I call him for service, he will make my experience as easy and pleasant as possible. His politeness and professionalism go above and beyond every single time! Even when I call with the silliest of requests (we all know that once you bring your car in, the problem you were having miraculously stops) Jamie takes each one seriously and has never once made me feel anything less than like his most important customer. Val Ward--you are lucky to have him! Thank you for all you've helped me with Jamie!! He has also introduced me to some wonderful people in the sales department which led to me trading in my 2022 Escalade for a 2025. Don’t think I will be going back there. They are very slow in their service department. I waited over three hours to get my car back. And then they didn’t even find anything wrong with it. They are very slow in their service department. I waited over three hours to get my car back. And then they didn’t even find anything wrong with it. It was something with the GMC products they put on brakes. And then they charged me over $250 and they actually did nothing to my card. They just checked it out.. I think that’s a little ridiculous. We will not be going back. More
