Found my contact at the repair department (Bonnie Hamm) was a well informed and articulate lead person to deal with during our repair. She was able to estimate the day we could drop off car and was within was a well informed and articulate lead person to deal with during our repair. She was able to estimate the day we could drop off car and was within one day of completion of repairs. She managed to have the repair cost come in under the first quote and the work on the car was exemplary. We highly recommend the Val Ward Cadillac repair facility and especially the staff. PS My car is not a Cadillac, a Ford actually, but we were treated as if we just bought a new Caddy. More
