Good guys, good dealership I stopped at Urse in Morgantown with no real intention of buying from them. I already had a deal at Solomons on a new Charger that I was planning on b I stopped at Urse in Morgantown with no real intention of buying from them. Urse had a beautiful blue Charger that I fell in love with and my salesman spent a lot of time with me showing me all kinds of things about the car that I didn't know. The other dealership just had me drive it and then gave me a good deal. But Jake really paid attention to the finer details. I usually buy from Solomans so I was kind of disappointed that they didn't show me the courtesy and professionalism that Urse did. The manager John spoke to me about the deal I already had and was able to actually lower the payment they had given me. It was for another year, so I realize it wasn't costing me any less, but I didn't care. I wanted a lower payment. I just felt good about the whole dealership. They never pressured me but were definitely intent on making sure I was satisfied. It is the first time I can really say that at a car dealership. More

Worst service I have ever had!!! Getting return calls is almost impossible. Our Jeep had to be taken back to their service dept numerous times for the same issue. Just took it to a different dealer and they found numerous items that were not hooked back up (Urse had our dash out 4 times) Evidently their mechanics work on piece rate, so if you get a bad one that same incompetent is going to keep tiring to fix your car!!! The management staff hides behind layers of "managers". We only got to talk to someone after calling the Jeep corporate customer service number. I would rather stick my finger in an electrical socket than to step foot back into Urse's showroom!!!! More
