They followed up with calls/texts to get me all the information that I requested quickly too, and I requested A LOT of information. I like to do a lot of research before I buy a car. They are true to their word when they make you an offer and they are honest about everything, unlike a lot of other dealers. I was very impressed with the looks of the dealership and my salesperson, Ralph Neal, completely went over everything about the car after my purchase. Donnie, the manager I believe, also took time out of his day to introduce himself too. David, in the finance department, was very thorough and efficient and got me out of there very quickly so I could make the 2 hour drive home before dark. Good Experience I just received a great deal on a new Ram 1500. 5 star hospitality and service I leased a 2014 Durango from Urse. I arrived at Urse at 4:05 pm and drove away with my new Durango at 6:25. I have never bought a car and left that quick at ANY other dealership in my life, and I've had approx 8-10 vehicles. My salesman, Korey Lawson, gave me undivided attention until he got the deal done for me. The GM Jonathan Pajak came out and personally introduced himself before we even started talking numbers just to create that personal relationship. The finance manager, Chad Givens, worked feverishly beyond normal work hours just so I could drive my vehicle home on Saturday when he could have easily told me to come back Monday to finish. From start to finish, I felt like I was Urse's only customer. That's how every customer should feel at any dealership. I will always return to Urse to get new vehicles not only because of the top-notch, personalized service I received but because they worked with me to get to the number I needed to buy and drive home the vehicle.
