Stephen Bacon went above and beyond to make our experience as smooth as possible. It was actually enjoyable to buy this car, for the first time in my life I can say this! He really went above and beyond his duties for us. Specifically, when we found out our vehicle had a front license plate, as it was transferred from Atlanta, he personally took care of the details to make sure this was removed, plugged, and painted for us. It would not have been a deal breaker, as he knew, but he knew it was an important detail and wanted our car to be absolutely perfect for us. His attentiveness to detail, honesty, and knowledge was exactly what we needed and why we went with University Volvo as opposed to others in the area. Good experience with the sales department. BTW, this is my first experience with Volvo and really impressed with the quality of the brand. We have tried having our cars serviced at the dealership in Augusta, Ga. and Columbia, SC; neither can come close to the service we recieve at University. He did a great job. We have purchased 4 Volvos from this dealership and recommended it to a friend and they bought a vehicle there, also.
