Without a doubt this was the easiest, most simple and streamlined car purchase we've made. Hats off to Johnny our sales specialist who shared with us the information we needed to make an educated buying decision of a S-60, and to AJ for making the grueling paperwork aspect of the sale fast, organized and simple. We also felt from our first contact, Johnny, to AJ and everyone else we encountered at the dealership to be very friendly and welcoming. This was a stress free transaction. I was dreading the finance dept but couldn't have been more wrong once AJ finished up the sale. In terms of a financier he was very clear and through on what we were paying for. He made it very easy to understand and utilized an easy to read spreadsheet to keep it simple. He showed us the options, was very detailed with the features and benefits of each package. He really listened to what we needed and answered any questions we had. This duo were fantastic and made this quite a pleasurable experience. More

They were reasonable with the trade in figure, and helped me understand the process when I could not find my original title, of which did not hold me up from closing the sale. More
