Professional and courteous service I arrived about 45 minutes before the service department opened. As employees arrived and got setup to do business, I was acknowledged and assured tha I arrived about 45 minutes before the service department opened. As employees arrived and got setup to do business, I was acknowledged and assured that I would be taken care of as quickly as possible. I later checked in ahead of my appointment time and was off to work in a new loaner much sooner than anticipated. On the back end, my car was ready in the time frame promised, and I was advised of recommended service that was not part of my scheduled maintenance. All in all, a great experience. More

My wife had difficulty getting In touch and was not happy with the feedback she got on the phone. They were much more pleasant in person but it's just not worth the hassle. I have generally been disappointed by Volvo service options in the area, but this feels like the final straw for me. More
