Can you please help me get the dealership to deliver my vehicle? I purchased it on July 21, 2024, and was initially told it would be ready within two days. Then, I was informed that it would take approximately two weeks due to financing through my bank. I decided to stick with my bank's financing. After 15 days, I hadn't heard anything, so I contacted the salesperson and the dealership. I even sent an email through the contact page, but received no response. I had to go to the dealership in person, and the finance department told me it could take another 30 days. Today is August 18th, and it's been 28 days. I've already paid for insurance, received the registration from the DMV, and my bank has transferred the funds to the dealership. When I contacted the salesperson again, they said I had to wait until Monday to hear back from the finance department. I'm about to make my first loan payment, and I still don't know when I'll get the vehicle.

I DIDN'T EVEN EXPRESS ALL MY PROBLEMS I WAITED IN SHOWROOM FOR 3 HOURS IN PAIN, SALESMAN BROUGHT THE SUV TO SHOW ME FOR DELIVERY, IT HAD BEEN RAN THROUGH A CARWASH WITH WATER STREAKS ALL OVER IT, HE HAD NO KEY CHAINS, SCRAMBLED TO FIND A LICENCE PLATE FRAME, DIDN'T SHOW ME ALL THE FEATURES OR I WOULD HAVE KNOWN IT DIDN'T HAVE THE LEG LIFT GATE WHICH WAS THE ENTIRE REASON FOR TRADING MY 2024 PATHFINDER-VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I was also told that I must give a $250.00 deposit which I have never had to do in my entire life I called and told Luis the rear hatchback was not working and he said to bring the car down and they would see why the hatchback wasn't opening with my leg, he had no idea it wasn't on my Rouge, and remember I am 75 y/o with health problems
