Words like amazing, easy, honest, friendly, and helpful perfectly describe our experience with Universal Nissan and Prosper, our sales representative. I had initially worked out a deal with Sutherlin Nissa perfectly describe our experience with Universal Nissan and Prosper, our sales representative. I had initially worked out a deal with Sutherlin Nissan, but unfortunately, they proved to be dishonest, trying to change the terms at the last minute after everything had already been agreed upon. Frustrated, I reached out to Universal Nissan and shared the details of what happened at Sutherlin, along with the deal we had negotiated. Right away, Prosper was eager to match the deal and earn our business. I sent him a photo of the original offer, and he went into action. It was effortless—just a few phone calls and texts, and they matched the deal without any hassle in about 30 minutes. This truly was the smoothest and best car-buying experience we've ever had. By 11:00 pm that same night, we drove home in our brand-new 2024 Nissan Sentra SR, complete with not just the new car warranty but also a year of free maintenance and a lifetime warranty on the engine and powertrain. We couldn't be happier! More
