I have brought my 2021 Nissan Rogue to this establishment four times now. I bought this vehicle brand new, so new I was able to rip the plastic off the carpets and seats myself. It has been making a cricket four times now. I bought this vehicle brand new, so new I was able to rip the plastic off the carpets and seats myself. It has been making a cricket like noise since I got it and has not stopped. It has now almost been a year and the service department cannot seem to solve my issue. They want to remove pieces and add in cushions to “make it better” with a bandaid. This is not working. I am extremely displeased with how often I’ve had to come back and have been misled to think my Car is fixed when it is clearly NOT More
